Sipho Mkhize (Technician)
Sipho has a PV rooftop installation certificate from Enel Green Power, N6 in electrical engineering, Trade Test and S4 in mechanical engineering with 7 years of experience as a technician. He is a part time facilitator at VH Consulting Engineers; he has also done training at Eskom training centre for Operation and Regulations of High Voltage Systems.
The two major projects he has work on include the Gautrain Project and Water Kloof Airport doing the following: Operating, Testing, Repairing and Maintaining of electrical equipment.
He has experience on the following aspects: Uninterrupted Power Supplies (UPSs), Diesel Engine Generator (DEGs), Transformers (TXs), Ring Main Unit (RMUs) or Medium Voltage Switch (MVS), Battery Tripping Unit (BTU), Low Voltage Switch or Main Distribution Boards, Emergency motor vehicle, Basic Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs), Fire Alarm Panel (FAPs) and its Accessories, Power Cables (both Medium Voltage and Low Voltage), Conduit, Lighting Circuits, Socket Outlet Plugging Circuits Controlling Components such as; contactors, Relays, Fuses, Timers, Switches, Valves, Printed Circuit Board Cards, etc.
Gregory Diana (Consulting: Energy Management)

Greg is a Senior Lecturer with over 25 years' teaching, research, industrial and both general and specialized consulting in Energy Management, Energy Efficiency Power Systems and Variable Speed Drives in Electrical Engineering at the University of KwaZulu-Natal (UKZN).
He currently heads the UKZN Energy Management Program to reduce its annual consumption of 80GWh over its five campuses with over 500 facilities by 10%. He previously headed the eSATI Regional Energy Management Research program involving all UKZN based Higher Education Institutions.
His professional and research interests are Power Systems, Variable Speed Drives and Motion Control Systems, Embedded and Real-Time Hardware in the Loop Control, Energy Management, Demand Side Management, Energy Efficiency and Energy Management Systems with integrated Business Information with Advanced Data Visualization Capability with combined total of over 40 publications.
He has conducted M&V for ESKOM, eThekwini Municipality and other commercial Section 12I Brownfield projects. Greg is experienced in managing large scale energy management and energy efficiency projects and has secured over R30m in industrial and research funding for industrial related projects which has enable clients to leverage the benefits afforded by the South African Research System.

Mr S.J. Sikhonde (Heating, Ventilation and Air condition (HVAC) and (Refrigeration)
Mr Sikhonde has a Diploma in HVAC and refrigeration. He is also a facilitator and assessor in this field. He has an N6 in electrical engineering. He worked for Cola-Cola and Pepsi Cola for 10 and 7 years respectively doing refrigeration and HVAC and worked for HTA for 15 years doing industrial cooling systems. He has worked for 14 years as a facilitator both in HVAC and Refrigeration.
He has performed HVAC & Refrigeration work for the following institutions among others: Southern Sun Hotels, Pepsi Cola, Elangeni College, Department of Public Works & South Africa National Defence Force
Mthembeni Mnguni (Wireman)
Mthembeni Mnguni holds N6 in electrical engineering and a wireman’s licence. He has been working in various projects in the electrical sphere for 15 years.
